Solid wood kitchen doors production on CNC routers

BUP Utensili has designed and manufactured this set of 3 tools for the production of 5-element solid wood kitchen doors on CNC work centers. The tools are made of special ERGAL light alloy and are mounted on steel tool holders with HSK 63 F coupling
Toolset consists of:

1. Set of 2 cutters for end tenoning of the 2 horizontal upper and lower crosspieces with right and left rotation
2. Set of 2 cutters for internal profiling and grooving for housing the raised panel of the 4 vertical and horizontal elements, on the same cutter holder shaft also a roughing cutter is mounted to remove larger quantities of wood in case of non-straight crosspieces but shaped or arched, the roughing operation will take place before the profiling operation
3. Set of 2 cutters for raised panel profiling with a shape on both sides of the panel

Tools are all perfectly balanced G2.5 grade for machining at 12000 rpm, all of which show the cutters and codes of the profiles for a quick and accurate identification of spare parts
