Customized tools production

BUP Utensili designs and manufacture special tools following specific customer requests and needs

We manufacture special customized tools made up on customer request, starting from a wood sample or a CAD file showing the profile we study the best strategy to get the best result, we try to optimize the working process and the number of needed tools.
Following customer’s information,  based on spindle rotation, material to be worked, obtainable feed speed we calculate cutter diameter, number of cuts and cutting angles suitable to get the best finishing on the work piece.

We realize a 2D CAD drawing ( or 3D when necessary), the project is submitted to the customer with the commercial offer, once arrived to the optimal solution and offer acceptance we can start tools production.
More complicate tools as stile and rails cutters or finger joint cutters are tested in our plant making a wood sample for the final check, this sample is delivered to the customer with the balancing certificate.
