Manufactured with polycrystalline diamond ( DP ) – DP H=4 mm - Z=6+6 or 10+10 fractionated with perfect sharpening and shear angle for indicated material. Special cutter design allow long cutting life that can be even 30 times more respect to a traditional milling operation done with a vertical router cutter. Suitable for 5 – 6 resharpening. Very high V-groove accuracy at 30 mt/min feed speed.
